North Idaho College is seeking an Assistant Professor/Program Director – Radiography Technology to lead and teach in a program that prepares students for excellence in diagnostic imaging. This position oversees all aspects of program management, ensuring compliance with JRCRT standards while fostering a student-centered learning environment grounded in clinical competence and professional ethics.
You’ll coordinate curriculum development, accreditation reviews, and clinical partnerships; support faculty; and maintain strong relationships with community partners to ensure quality clinical education. As a faculty member, you’ll teach engaging courses, advise students, and foster learning that emphasizes critical thinking, technical proficiency, and professional ethics. Collaboration with college leadership and health professions colleagues will be key to advancing program goals and ensuring long-term success.
