Biography
Laura Aaron, PhD, R.T.(R)(M)(QM), FASRT, FAEIRS, is the Graduate Coordinator for the School of Allied Health at Northwestern State University and holds the rank of Professor. She completed her radiologic technology education at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana and then obtained her master's degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. She completed her PhD in Educational Leadership and Research from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has served as Radiography Program Director and Department Head for the School of Allied Health at Northwestern State University. During her time at Northwestern State, she has had the opportunity to develop new programs: a master's program in radiologic sciences and a bachelor of applied science in allied health.
Biography
Jessica Ashworth Despino, MSRS, R.T.(R)(MR), is an Assistant Professor and Clinical Coordinator for the College of Allied Health at Northwestern State University (NSU) on the CenLA campus. She has taught in both didactic and clinical courses for 3 years at NSU. She is an alumni of NSU, graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences (2013) as well as her Master of Science in Radiologic Sciences (2019). She worked full-time as a registered radiologic technologist for 10 years and is certified in magnetic resonance.

Biography
Dana Eskins, EdD, RDMS, R.T.(R)(CT), is the Director of Imaging Sciences, Program Director of the Bachelor of Medical Imaging Program, and Associate Professor at Mercy College of Ohio in Toledo. Dr. Eskins has extensive expertise in medical imaging and is dedicated to advancing educational standards and patient advocacy within the field. She holds a radiologic technology certificate from Providence Hospital School of Radiologic Technology in Sandusky, Ohio, a bachelor’s degree in advanced radiography from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, a master’s degree in education, and a doctoral degree in Leadership Studies from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Dr. Eskins' professional experience spans over 3 decades in clinical practice as a registered staff radiologic and CT technologist, as well as an ARDMS-registered sonographer specializing in abdomen and OB/Gyn. Her career also includes significant experience as an educator in radiologic technology and diagnostic medical sonography. Dr. Eskins is recognized for her contributions to imaging education and continues to influence the next generation of healthcare professionals through her leadership and research.
